All DocAccessible payments follow one rule: full refunds are available within 30 calendar days of payment.

This policy covers all payments made through the DocAccessible platform. Payments are processed in USD.
Refund window: 30 calendar days from the payment date.

Any payment made through DocAccessible can be refunded in full when the request is submitted within 30 calendar days of that payment. After 30 calendar days, the refund window has expired.
Final Conversion Payment
The final payment covers the scoped conversion or remediation work.
- A full refund is available when requested within 30 calendar days of the payment date.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Requests submitted after 30 calendar days are outside the refund window.
Workspace Subscription ($19.00/month)
Each subscription charge follows the same fixed refund window.
- A full refund is available for each subscription charge when requested within 30 calendar days of that charge date.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Requests submitted after 30 calendar days are outside the refund window.
How to request a refund
Follow these steps to request a full refund within 30 calendar days of payment.
Submit your request
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email contact@docaccessible.com with the payment date and request ID.
Processing start
For requests received within 30 calendar days of payment, we start refund processing within 2 business days.
Refund completion
The refund is returned to the original payment method. Most statements show the credit within 5-10 business days after processing.
