Using DocAccessible

You can use DocAccessible to remediate documents you own or have permission to modify. You are responsible for the content you upload and any documents you publish on your hosted URLs.

Accuracy of accessibility output

DocAccessible runs an automated pipeline that covers a majority of WCAG 2.2 AA and PDF/UA checks. Automated tooling cannot catch every accessibility issue. For regulatory compliance (e.g. ADA Title II), you should review the generated output, correct remaining issues in the editor, and keep an audit trail.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments. You may cancel at any time; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case - email contact@docaccessible.com.

Service changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
