Our platform is designed for continuity even when you choose to leave. This policy defines export, mirror, and grace-period commitments.

Policy commitments

Each step in the offboarding process is designed to protect your data and provide a smooth transition.

When cancellation is requested, workspace state transitions to grace-period read-only mode.

We provide a free export package containing managed HTML documents and available version history.

A hosted mirror is retained for 60 days after cancellation to support continuity and transition.

During grace period, editing is disabled. Downloads, support, request history, and export access remain active.

Included

Every export package includes the following components at no additional cost.

Current HTML file per managed document.

Available version history files by document and version number.

Manifest metadata with timestamps and document identifiers.

Any export warnings where historical files are unavailable.
