Microsoft Teams

Enterprise alerts in Microsoft Teams

Paste your Teams incoming webhook URL and start receiving Adaptive Card notifications for every document status change, delivery, and support event. No OAuth complexity needed.

Built for enterprise environments

No app registration required. Works with existing Teams governance and channel policies.

Simple webhook setup

Paste your Teams incoming webhook URL from your channel settings. No app registration, no OAuth flow, no admin approval required.

Adaptive Card formatting

Notifications use Microsoft Adaptive Cards for rich formatting with status badges, document links, and contextual metadata.

Event type filtering

Select which of the 16 domain event types reach your Teams channel. Keep enterprise channels focused on high-signal events.

One-click test

Send a test card to your Teams channel before going live. Verify the webhook URL, formatting, and channel routing in seconds.

URL validation

We validate that webhook URLs match the official Microsoft webhook domain pattern before saving, preventing configuration errors.

Isolated delivery

Teams notifications are dispatched independently from other integrations. A Teams failure never blocks webhooks or Slack delivery.

Setup

Three steps to live notifications

01

Create incoming webhook

In your Teams channel, click the "..." menu next to the channel name, select "Connectors" (or "Manage channel" then "Connectors"), add an Incoming Webhook, give it a name, and copy the generated URL.

02

Paste URL in DocAccessible

Open the Integrations dashboard in your workspace. Paste the Teams webhook URL and select your event types.

03

Test and activate

Click the test button to send a sample Adaptive Card. Once verified, your channel starts receiving live notifications.
